Users Can No Longer Access Their CSS Via The Link In The CSS Reminder E-mail

    With the installation of DPS version 1.6.10 on the evening of 2 May 2014, users can no longer access their Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) via the link in the CSS reminder e-mail. Any DPS user that clicks on their e-mail link will encounter a message in their web browser stating that the page is not found. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you follow the instruction below to complete your CSS: (Note: Please read all instructions prior to proceeding)

      1. Login to DPS.
      2. After logging into DPS, select the Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) tab.
      3. Select the shipment that matches the GBL number that was provided in your CSS reminder e-mail.
      4. Click on the blue survey button to begin your survey
